Q: How can I get a refund?

RETURN POLICY: 

Before returning any orders, please email shopdandybabes@gmail.com that you would like to return the item(s) from your order. Please note all returns are processed as store credit. 
  • Items must be returned within 16 days of receiving your order
  • Merchandise must be unwashed and unworn
  • All accessories and vintage items are FINAL SALE!
  • Gift cards CANNOT be returned. A gift card is FINAL sale
  • Please allow 3-5 business days for return processing
  • Shipping cost is will be covered by the customer (deducted from your return amount)
  • Any returns past the policy will not be accepted or store credited
Return steps:
1) print shipping label from email
2) tape to package
3) drop off at USPS - your local post office

 

Exchanges

  • We cannot ensure that the item you want to exchange will still be in stock. We suggest returning your items and re-ordering the item you want. 

If your order is damaged, send an email to shopdandybabes@gmail.com and it will be taken care of. Once packages are shipped, Dandy Babes is not not responsible for loss or delay due to the postal service.


​All items will be inspected before being shipped to ensure safe arrivals.

Please note, we are not responsible for your package once it is shipped. 
 Q: How does the vintage collection work?

A: Our vintage collection is handpicked from various locations across the country, hours are spent sourcing multiple times a week to stock up on the new-to-you vintage. Some pieces are also re-designed by hand making them even more one of a kind!

Please note that​ vintage items are pre-loved so they may have some signs of wear, anything noticeable will be mentioned. Again, vintage items cannot be returned. 
Q: Who designs your bikinis?

A: I design them myself right here in Florida! The actual bikinis are sourced, cut & sewn right here in North America. Each bikini is made on demand so we only produce what we sell.

Q: How long does shipping take?

A: Please allow 3-4 business days to process an order. Once processed, bikinis are made on demand so it can take 7-10 business days for your bikini to be made (just for you) & the actual shipping process is just another 3-4 days!
