Q: How can I get a refund? |
A: RETURN POLICY: Before returning any orders, please email shopdandybabes@gmail.com that you would like to return the item(s) from your order. Please note all returns are processed as store credit.
Exchanges
If your order is damaged, send an email to shopdandybabes@gmail.com and it will be taken care of. Once packages are shipped, Dandy Babes is not not responsible for loss or delay due to the postal service.

Q: How does the vintage collection work? |
A: Our vintage collection is handpicked from various locations across the country and hours are spent sourcing multiple times a week to stock up on the new-to-you vintage. Many pieces are also re-designed by hand making them even more one of a kind! Please note that vintage items are pre-loved so they may have some signs of wear, anything noticeable will be mentioned. Again, vintage items cannot be returned. |
Q: Do you use eco-friendly packaging? |
A: Yes! We now use 100% recycled + recyclable polymailers or cardboard boxes as well as paper tape instead of plastic! Most of our polymailers are also reusable as they come with a dual adhesive strip! We also re-use all boxes, wrapping paper and bubble wrap that we receive from other orders to ship out new orders. |
Q: When is your brick-and-mortar store opening up? |
A: We are NOW open at 343 Douglas Ave, Nashville, TN!! |
